#### Parameters

frameIndex:int - frame Number in timeline

AngleDegree:int - the angleDegree for rotation.

#### Return

nothing

#### Description

Rotate camera by absolute angle given as input parameters.

#### Example

The following example rotates camera by absolute angle given as input parameters.
